Eligibility and Post Details:

Code Post Name Eligibility
A Junior Translation Officer (JTO) in CSOLS Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as compulsory, or Master’s in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory subject. Plus, recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English, or 2 years experience.
B Junior Translation Officer (JTO) in AFHQ Same as Code A.
C Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) / Junior Translation Officer (JTO) / Junior Translator (JT) Same as Code A but applicable to various Central Government Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations.
D Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) / Senior Translator (ST) Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as compulsory, or Master’s in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory subject. Plus, recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English, or 3 years experience.

How to Apply:

  1. One-Time Registration: Complete the one-time registration on the new SSC website SSC.GOV.IN.
  2. Live Photo Upload: Upload your photo live through a webcam or the MySSC App, ensuring a clear background and that you are facing forward.
  3. Read the Notification: Review the full notification before applying to ensure you meet all eligibility criteria.
  4. Document Preparation: Prepare and scan all necessary documents (Photo, Signature, ID Proof, etc.).
  5. Form Submission: Fill out the application form carefully and check all details before submission.
  6. Print Out: Save a printout of the final submitted form for your records.
